If you choose the wrong blockchain network when making a deposit, the assets may not be recognized and could even be permanently lost.
📌 Example: If the system prompts you to deposit via the TRC20 network but you mistakenly send assets through the ERC20 network, the address format may appear identical, but the networks are not compatible. As a result, the platform will be unable to automatically identify the transaction.
⚠️ Because blockchain transactions are irreversible and different networks manage assets differently, we cannot guarantee that funds sent via the wrong network can be recovered.
💡 If this happens, please contact our customer support team immediately and provide the transaction hash (TxID), asset type, amount, and the incorrect network used. We will do our best to assess possible solutions within the limits of our custodial service or blockchain status, but please understand that recovery in such cases is highly uncertain.
✅ To avoid such risks, always follow the network type displayed on the deposit page before initiating a transfer. We recommend first sending a small test amount to confirm everything is correct before making a full deposit.
