There are two main types of withdrawals: On-chain Withdrawal and Internal Transfer. Here, we use USDT as an example to demonstrate the operation process.
I. On-chain Withdrawal
- Open the App's homepage, tap 【Assets】—【Cryptocurrency Withdrawal】—【Withdraw Digital Currency】, then select the currency 【USDT】.
- Choose the destination 【Address Book / Other Exchanges or Wallets】— select the 【Withdrawal Network】— scan the QR code or paste the 【Withdrawal Address】/ select from the address book — enter the 【Withdrawal Amount】— tap 【Submit】. You can check the minimum withdrawal amount before entering the withdrawal amount.
II. Internal Transfer
- Open the App's homepage, tap 【Assets】—【Cryptocurrency Withdrawal】—【Withdraw Digital Currency】, then search for the currency 【USDT】.
- Choose the destination 【Recipient Account】— select the method 【Phone Number/Email/UID】— enter or paste the recipient's 【Phone Number/Email/Sub-account/UID】— enter the 【Amount】, then tap 【Submit】. You can tap the "notebook" icon in the upper right corner of the recharge interface to access the "Recent Transaction Records" for details.
Important Notes
- The withdrawal page displays the 【Minimum Amount】, 【24-Hour Withdrawal Limit】, and 【Handling Fee】. Please check if you meet the corresponding requirements.
- It is recommended to enable the Address Whitelist mode to ensure fund security. In this mode, you can only withdraw funds to addresses in your address book, not to manually entered new addresses.
- Some currencies require a Tag when withdrawing, which is usually a string of numbers. For example, when withdrawing XRP, you must fill in the Tag after entering the withdrawal address; otherwise, the funds may be lost.
